Community leaders in northern Iraq released the Kurdistan Business Agenda, which will serve as a model for economic and democratic reform throughout Iraq. USAID Administrator Henrietta H. In November 2007, CIPE partners and field offices held a series of workshops to empower youth to play a role in their countries’ political and economic spheres. Young people in Afghanistan and Romania came together to brainstorm ways to bring about positive change.
