The date of completion for the Leluk building is tentatively set for 2009 while the Skywalk will be completed in 2011. Sale has already begun for Leluk condominiums and has so far sold over 80 percent of its rooms to bring in a total of 850 million baht. The Skywalk project has also begun sales and reservations and has already brought in over one billion baht.
