BlueScope Lysaght Thailand’s 550 million baht Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing facility is adjacent to BlueScope Steel’s existing plant at Map Ta Phut. It is the first dedicated PEB facility of its kind in Thailand and consists of a 7,100 square meter beam line building plant and a purlin manufacturing plant that provides BlueScope Steel customers with a “one stop shop” service for PEB solutions. “Even as activity in the construction market slowed in 2007, our PEB business has exceeded even our most optimistic projections.
