Bangkok--17 Mar--General Engineering General Engineering Public Company (GEN), a listed firm and a leading pile service provider, recently held a press conference to announce a successful in clearing 113-million-baht accumulated losses from 2006. Last year, GEN’s consolidated turnover was up by 5.07% to 1,124 million baht while its consolidated profit was 58.9 million baht. GEN could clear its accumulated losses successfully when it combined the consolidated profit into the share premium and the clearance would have to be approved by the ordinary shareholders’ meeting in this coming April.
