Bangkok--20 Mar--Eternity Grand Logistics Eternity Grand Logistics Public Company Limited (ETG), Thailand’s major logistics services provider, announces share investment with PANDS Group Logistics Company Limited (PANDS), increasing capital from Bt5 million to Bt55 million in order to enhance logistics service abilities and mount up primary product clients, convinced 122 million baht revenue boost by 2008. ETG Managing Director Poonsak Thiapairat reveals that the capital cooperation is resulted from a great success of business alliance between ETG and PANDS for executive cooperation in Bangpa-In River port freight since September 2007 with over Bt8 million budget. The cooperation resulted in successful executions and increased numbers of clients, with total revenue of Bt2.68 million in last 6 months, overachieved the target revenue. As a result of the success, the two companies launch capital cooperation which ETG gets 70% share holding in PANDS. Moreover, with PANDS former assets of Bt135 million cost facilities such as prime movers, curtain sides trailers, and box van rigid equipped tail lifts, ETG increases capital from Bt5 million to Bt55 million. In addition, ETG expects PANDS to hit the target revenue of Bt 122 million (10 months), 10 % of ETG’s 2008 total revenue. “We see an opportunity to increase a marketing growth in our business as both ETG and PANDS have their own strong points that fulfill and make each other outstanding. ETG regards this capital cooperation as a chance to expand primary product such as fertilizer, corn seeds, beans, and cement to larger number of clients as they are efficient buyers. At the same time, PANDS will get help in professional managing and executing logistics business from ETG in return”, Poonsak said. Thoomchan Samitasiri, PANDS’ Executive President adds that, after the capital cooperation, the new executive committee is appointed. The committee consists of 2 executive from PANDS and 4 executive from ETG together with other professional executive committee from both PANDS and ETG. The executives from ETG will take care of the general operation and execution whereas PANDS will take care of the customer relation. Moreover, the cooperation allows PANDS to fully focus on mining and milling business which is its expert business with massive market. Furthermore, ETG and PANDS are confident that this capital cooperation will meet a great success, reaching mutual targets of the two companies.
