Raimon Land, known for its commitment to providing excellent customer service, has placed a team of Customer Relations Officers at The Lofts Yennakart to assist owners and ensure a smooth transition into their new homes. Raimon Land Chief Executive Officer, Nigel J Cornick, said: “To further reassure the new residents of our dedication to the project, Raimon Land will absorb common area operating costs through June 30, 2008.” Touch Property Company, an experienced and highly reputable management services firm, has been appointed to oversee operations at The Lofts Yennakart, and will also be providing a Concierge Service to assist with all residents’ needs and requirements. After its completion in late 2007, The Lofts Yennakart began owner inspections on January 15, 2008, with transfers commencing February 1. All units were ready for inspection by March 7, and transfers along with minor defect works will be completed within 15 days of owner approval.
