Bangkok--11 Apr--CIGNA Insurance King Power International is offering an add-on privilege to members holding King Power cards. Joining forces with CIGNA Insurance, King Power celebrates this holiday season by giving free accident policy to the cardholders who shop at King Power Downtown Duty Free Mall. Ms Nuntiya Tubcallai, Senior Member Relationship Manager of King Power International Public Company Limited, revealed King Power and CIGNA Insurance Public Company Limited, an affinity-based telemarketing and alternative distribution business specializing in Personal Accident and Health insurance products, have collaborated to offer Personal Accident Insurance coverage of Accidental Death Benefit to the holders of King Power cards who spend at King Power Downtown Duty Free Mall (Rang Nam Road) from April till the end of June 2008. Cardholders with net spending between 3,000 and 30,000 baht will be entitled to 100,000 baht insurance coverage, and those with net spending higher than 30,000 baht will receive 250,000 baht insurance coverage. No additional expense will incur to cardholders who receive the insurance privilege. “Normally the period between April and June is another holiday season that many Thais make overseas trips. They usually drop by to shop duty free products at King Power Downtown branch before the trips. Therefore, King Power and CIGNA Insurance have created a joint program to offer King Power cardholders who are Thai nationals and meet the spending requirements at the Downtown branch with the insurance privilege.
