Bangkok--20 May--Aziam Burson-Marsteller Mr. Soonthorn Vongkusolkit (3rd from left), Honorable Advisor, Mitr Phol Group, the leader in the sugar and sugarcane related industries both in Thailand and China, met with Mr. Zhang Guoqing (2nd from right), Minister-Counsellor, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China. At the meeting Mr. Soonthorn conveyed condolences for the victims of the earthquake and their families as well as presented initial financial aid worth 100,000 baht. The Mitr Phol Group in China is preparing to provide emergency aid to the affected people via the Chinese Government.
