Bangkok--22 May--Central Pattana Central Plaza PraRam 2 in collaboration with Master Chefs from the world’s most famous cooking school, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, Bangkhuntien District, Fishery Department and Catering department, Thai International Airways are hosting International Crab Festival 2008. This event boasts the biggest seafood festival of the year. Le Cordon Bleu Chefs will create special crab menu “ Crab press with Asparagus and Pineapple Variaties of Micro Salad, Shellfish cavier and Citrus dressing”,especially for this Festival. A variety of crab menus e.g. Crab pie, Crab with Curry paste and other seafood dishes are available at special prices.
