The customers who subscribe to the “goood! reward” program within June 30 this year will not only receive free airtime, discounts at restaurants and movie theaters and special care from the dtac Call Center, but will also be eligible for the movie ticket surprise that gives away one ticket for every purchased ticket. A total of 10,000 free tickets are available for the promotional program at seven SF cinema branches on weekends from July 12 to August 3, 2008. dtac Postpaid customers can subscribe to the goood! reward program simply by dialing *1400 and press 1, or press *140# and the “send” button and follow automatic subscription procedures. Customers can also subscribe through the dtac Call Center at the number 1678 or at dtac customer service centers nationwide free of charge. Chaiyod Chirabowornkul, dtac’s Postpaid Business Division Head, says “We launched the “goood! Reward” program last April and now have 300,000 subscribers. The membership should reach one million within this year as this program has been receiving very warm welcome with customers already exercised their movie ticket discount privilege to buy as many as 10,000 seats. To thank our customers, we today launch the “goood! surprise” to let them get a free ticket for every purchased ticket at specified SF Cinema City theaters.” The dtac customers who have subscribed to the goood! reward program can simply obtain the privilege by pressing *140*1# to show their membership to ticket selling staff at any of the following SF Cinema City branches - SF Central Ladprao, CentralWorld, The Mall Bang Kapi, The Mall Ngamwongwan, The Mall Bang Kae, Central Festival Phuket and Central Festival Pattaya. The program provides 10,000 free movie tickets on weekends for the period of one month from July 12 and August 3 this year. Customers can subscribe to the “goood! reward” program within June 30 to obtain a variety of privileges including the goood! surprise. The “goood! reward” program is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program of the “feel goood” campaign that is aimed at satisfying dtac Postpaid customers. The program provides the privileges that are really useful for the customers. The privileges include a 100-baht free airtime coupon right upon subscription at all customer service centers and dtac shops nationwide. Any customer whose monthly bill values 500 baht and over receives free airtime worth 50-200 baht a month. There are also lifestyle-related privileges including restaurant discounts and 20-baht movie ticket discounts for goood! members or Postpaid customers in general, and 40-baht discounts for so goood! members. Besides, the customers have privileged queues at customer service centers and at the 1678 dtac Call Center. In addition, the customers will receive a Birthday Reward as their phone calls and multimedia messaging will not be charged on their birthday anniversary and they will enjoy discounts for phone calls and value added services throughout their month of birth. Other privileges include SIM card warranty and the free-of-charge delivery of new SIM cards of old numbers to replace lost or damaged SIM cards. The “goood! Reward” program will release new goood! surprises in every 2 months for customers.
