Bangkok--14 Jul--DTAC dtac has developed “Simple Sign up”, the new subscription system for corporate customers that reduces the amount of contract and juristic act documents by about 90%. The new service also promotes green marketing and conservation awareness as organizations can experience the new customer-and environment-friendly system upon subscribing to dtac’s services. Existing customers can contact dtac to shift to the new subscription system or will be automatically moved to the new Simple Sign Up upon renewal of their contracts. Andrew McBean, senior vice president and head of dtac’s Business Division, says prior to the launch of the new system, corporate customers, which include government and private organizations as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, had to repeat the same documentation procedures even when they wanted to add phone numbers or new services to their accounts. The repetition took 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on document preparation and the verification of authorized signatories. “This new service dramatically cuts the amount of juristic act and contract documents and applications for services by more than 90%. The development is based on the idea of green marketing and leads to the conservation of natural resources. It also effectively reduces the time needed to approve the subscription of a new customer to less than a day or only a few hours for an existing customer to subscribe for additional services,” Andrew says. The corporate customers who are new subscribers of dtac can use the “Simple Sign up” service right away. The existing customers who plan to shift to the “Simple Sign up” service can contact dtac’s sales department at 1678 and 0-2202-8686, or download the new service application form from www.dtac.co.th/business .
