Bangkok--9 Sep--IEC Mr. Sithisak Intaraprasit, Executive Vice President of The International Engineering PCL (IEC) (Fourth from left) in conjuction with partners: Nokia, Samsung, LG Mobile, G-Net, I-mobile, One-2-Call, DTAC and The Mall, hosted a grand mobile expo at the Mall, Korat. The event was also honored by Pol. Major Nithis Boonmek, Highway Police Inspector, 3rd Operation Squad (Nakhonratchasima) (Fifth from right) and Pol. Col. Boonlert Wongwajjana (Third from left). The mobile expo was held to introduce new models and discounted handsets proudly presented by leading vendors. The event was also made colorful by various activities including pom pom cheer, fashion show by male and female models and free distribution of premium gifts. IEC and the Highway Police Department also held a press conference in the event about “Using Handfree While Driving” campaign to encourage and continue in reminding people awareness in traffic security as the slogan ““Using cell phone while driving is dangerous, handfree accessories are recommended.”. Accessories like bluetooth and handfree are fully available at the event being held at the Mall Korat during August 28-September 3, 2008. The next similar event will be held at Chiangmai Province.
