DHL sees 35% take up in Windows Live Messenger shipment tracking after one year

Bangkok--11 Sep--Hill & Knowlton Thailand DHL, the world’s leading express and logistics company, is inviting everyone to celebrate the first anniversary of the launch of ‘DHL Track via Windows Live Messenger’, which has been very successful with a take up rate of 35% after one year. Using Thailand’s most popular instant message (IM), the innovative online service allows tracking of shipments through service by participating in a poll or a game while tracking their shipments via Windows Live Messenger. As a demonstration of appreciation for the excellent response this innovative service, DHL has invited customers to take part in the celebration of ‘DHL Track via Windows Live Messenger’ from now to 19 October 2008. Customers can participate in an online in the DHL poll where they stand the chance to win various DHL prizes worth 50,000 Baht. In addition, a DHL racing game will be available online from 22 September to 19 October. The top prizes will be given to the top ten pollsters who have top score voting and gamers who access ‘DHL Track via Windows Live Messenger’ by logging on to Windows Live Messenger with their username and password. Alternatively, customers can also access the site via GPRS from their mobile phones or Personal digital assistants (PDAs) at http://www.dhl.msnthpartner.com.
