Operated by WD, the Service Center is located in No. 5 Fortune Town, 4th Floor, Room 001-2 and opens from 11am to 6:30pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am to 4pm on Sunday. The Service Center will be closed on Public Holidays. If the required model is not available, WD Service Center Representative will contact customers within 14 days for collection of their replacement drive.
