Bangkok--26 Sep--Hill & Knowlton Thailand DHL named ‘Best Employer’ by Ministry of Labour, Thailand Best Employer for Labour Relations and Labour Welfare awards portray DHL’s commitment to be Employer of Choice DHL, the world’s leading express and logistics company, announced today that DHL Express Thailand has been awarded the ‘Best Practice Workplace Award on Labour Relations and Labour Welfare Award 2008’ in the ‘medium-enterprise without Federation of Labour Union’ category. This is the second consecutive year DHL has won the award. The DHL Express Bangkok Hub at Suvarnabhumi International Airport also received the ‘Best Practice Workplace Award on Labour Relations and Labour Welfare Award 2008’ in the ‘small-enterprise without Federation of Labour Union’ category. These awards emphasize one of DHL’s core commitments to be an Employer of Choice. Organized annually by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour, the award recognized DHL Express’ outstanding contribution to employee relations and welfare during the year 2006-2007.
