TCC Capital Land to win World Quality Commitment Awards 2008

TCC Capital Land, a residential property developer was invited to participate in the gala dinner of World Quality Commitment Awards 2008 at Paris, France on 22 September 2008. TCC Capital Land won the WQC Awards in a Gold Category from Business Initiative Direction (B.I.D)
Mr.Chen Lian Pang, CEO of TCC Capital Land reveals on behalf of the representative to attend the awards presentation ceremony that we all are very proud of this honored award which is rewarded to only 74 countries in this year. The WQC award is the 11th awards of TCC Capital Land since the company was established for 5 years ago. The company just held the 5th anniversary of TCC Capital Land on 11 September 2008.
For two months ago, the company recently was successful in CNBC International Property Awards 2008 in UK. The 4 wining awards are Thailand Best High Rise Development for The Emporio Place, Thailand Best Golf Development for North Park Place, Thailand Best High Rise Development and Thailand Best Property Marketing for The Empire Place. These awards can confirm the high quality of products by TCC Capital Land.
Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat, Deputy CEO of TCC Capital Land also stated that any company cannot apply for WQC awards. The awards winners can only be nominated from committees over the world before to be judging by the B.I.D. organization. The awards criteria based on QC 100 TQM which is comprised of Customer Satisfaction, Communication Strategies, Benchmarking, Information and Data Analysis, Leadership, Planning and Decision-making, Human Resources, Continuing Education and Training, Processes and Production, Financial Outcome, Business Result, etc.
