Bangkok--29 Sep--Oasis Media The Thai Condominium Association reveals today that it is staging Thailand Condo Expo 2008 during October 31 to November 2, 2008 at QSNCC to stimulate the year-end market, which is believed to have a potential to grow further. The event, which is expected to hit a sale target of 1 billion Baht, will consist of more 100 participating projects, including down-town and weekend condo, as well as 7 other leading financial institutions. Mr. Atip Bijanonda, President of the Thai Condominium Association, reveals today that the Association is staging the 3rd consecutive “Thailand Condo Expo 2008” during October 31 — November 2, 2008 at QSNCC in order to stimulate the year-end market in 2008. The event, which will consist of more than 100 participating projects, including downtown and weekend condo, is expected to be well received by its targets since this is the time that they will normally make their buying decision. He further reveals that the market has a potential to grow further due to the changing lifestyles and popularity of the new generations to live more in condominiums, which is perceived to be convenient, safe and economical, while developers also put in efforts to adjust and improve their products to suit the tastes and changing lifestyles of their inhabitants. Thailand Condo Expo 2008 will be organized under environmental friendly concept of “Save-The-World Condo” as living in condominiums is believed to promote several forms of energy conservations as well as maximize land utility. “Despite current domestic economic and political stalemates, the condominium market still enjoys decent growth potential in the past 9M08 with rising sale momentum for several projects. While it is expected that this event will help stimulate the year-end market, visitors will also enjoy the vast selections of more than 100 leading condominium projects that suit their needs and wants the most.” said Mr. Atip. Mr. Atip further added that besides more than 100 leading condominium projects on exhibit as well as many other special promotions, there will be several other related institutions and bureaus attending this year event, e.g. there will be 7 leading financial institutions, which are ready to offer special credit deals, credit check by Credit Bureau as well as the media in property sector. In addition, visitors will also receive complimentary maps; have a chance to attend seminars and enjoy several other fun activities.
