At the Board of Directors' Meeting of KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited No. 9/2551 held on 25th September 2008, Mr. Charles L. Coltman III, a director of the Bank, communicated his intention to resign from the Board of Directors of the Bank. The resignation will be effective from October 13, 2008.
The Board of Directors of the Bank appreciates the performance and contribution of Mr. Charles L. Coltman III. Throughout his term of service for 8 years when he served as a director of the Bank, Mr.Charles L. Coltman III, who is widely recognized as a knowledgeable banker with extensive experience, has performed his duties and contributed to the various activities in many areas which were of great benefit to the Bank.
