Bangkok--16 Oct--PR One Network itSMF Thailand today announced the hosting of their second annual conference, - The only independent event promoting and showcasing IT Service Management best practices, in Thailand. Mr. Lance Stanford, President of itSMF Thailand, is pleased to announce the itSMF Thailand Chapter 2nd Annual Conference, and the participation of Ms. Sharon Taylor, Chair, itSMF International (Governance, Policy & Accountability) and the Chief Architect and Examiner for ITIL? — the world leading IT Service Management best practices. Ms. Sharon Taylor will be the keynote speaker for the conference. Her contributions to the community and to best practice are based upon extensive professional experience in the industry.
