Willie Tham, Chief Executive Officer of HSBC in Thailand, has been appointed Chairman of the Foreign Banks’ Association. He replaces Mr. Jean-Pierre Raynaud who relinquished the position on 30th September 2008.
Mr. Tham joined HSBC Group in 1985 and he took up his present appointment as Chief Executive Officer of HSBC in Thailand in November 2007.
