Privy Councillor, General Surayud Chulanont presided over the opening “The 2nd World Forum forum for Hainanes Youth”, organized by Mr. Prasong Owlarn President of Thai Hainanese Young Executive Society. In this special occasion, Mr. Seree Tanchookiat Mrs. Tipsuupa Sucarom Dr. T.Khumpol and Mr. Chamnan Pian-Apitham also joined the meeting. The meeting took place at Swissotel Le Concorde Bangkok recently.
