DHL Exel Supply Chain in Thailand, one of three business units of DHL, the world’s leading express and logistics company, was the only logistics and supply chain solutions provider recently invited to attend the 11th ECR Asia Pacific conference and exhibition in Bangkok,Thailand.Paul Graham, CEO Asia Pacific, DHL Exel Supply Chain, was a keynote speaker, sharing knowledge on supply chain and customer collaboration with the attentive audience.
The DHL Exel Supply Chain Asia Pacific executive highlighted four factors that play a significant role in supply chain and customer collaboration — cost pressure, sustainability, technology and end-consumer satisfaction. Mr. Graham explained that DHL Exel Supply Chain takes a collaborative partnership approach by implementing a joint investment in people with its business partners to better satisfy end-consumers.
Organized annually, the ECR Asia Pacific conference and exhibition aims to be a venue for the exchange of best practices for managing supply chain efficiencies in the region as well as offering strong networking opportunities to executive participants.
