Builder Co., Ltd., signed Project Construction Work Contract recently with Mr.Katsakon Sethakraikul (left) Managing Director of Forth Dimension Construction Co., Ltd. for The Touch Hill Place Condominium, which costs 200 Million Baht for Building 1 from 400 Million Baht of overall project value. Project will be started by November, 2008 and expected for project completion by December, 2009. Project located on Chonpratarn Rd.T. Changpuak, Chiangmai (adjacent to the New Chiangmai International Convention Center)
