Bangkok--19 Dec--DC Consultants and Marketing Communications Tipco F&B Co., Ltd, (a joint venture between Tipco Foods (Thailand) Pcl. and Suntory, health beverage giant from Japan), officially announced the opening of a new state-of-the-art health beverage factory at Wangnoi, Ayudhaya to cope with the business expansion plan both in Thai and ASEAN markets. This factory is located on land of 40 Rais with production capacity of 130 million litres per annum and the investment of more than 1.2 billion baht. The factory was designed to be equipped with advanced manufacturing technologies and high-standard quality assurance policy. Currently it produces juice, cereal and functional drinks in both carton and PET bottle, ranging from 110ml. to 1 litre packsizes. Importantly this plant employs an advanced closed waste water treatment system (UASB) for environmental protection. Besides, in the next expansion phase, a research laboratory will be built in the R&D centre. The new Tipco factory highly emphasizes on consumers' safety and product quality, using Cold Aseptic Fill and Pasteurization Technogies where preservatives are not added. Mr. Viwat Limsakdakul, Managing Director of Tipco F&B Company said "This is a very high-standard beverage plant. On top, the production capacity is 3 times higher than the old plant in Prachuabkhirikhan and importantly located in the strategically efficient location for further distribution both for the domestic and overseas markets with logistic cost saving."
