Paul Orny, Food and Beverage Manager, represented Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square Hotel and received the Thailand Tourism Standard 2008 certification from Thanitta Maneechote, Director General of Tourism Development. This 4-Star standard is the same as the international standard given by the Management System Certification Institute.
