Brian, an American citizen has impressive record with almost 20 years Food & Beverage operation and management experience, decided to join the big family of Hard Rock in the heart of Pattaya City. Being an experienced manager, Brian had been served in several cruises and hotel restaurants as manager in America. Most recently, Brian served as the Food & Beverage Manager, Hotel Director in Carnival Cruise Lines — Miami, FL. Brian graduated with Hotel Hospitality at University of New Hampshire - Durham, NH and Culinary Institute of America - Hyde Park New York, America.
