Award-winning property developer Raimon Land is featuring eight luxury developments at the company’s exclusive Chinese New Year showcase on the first floor of Bangkok’s Zen Department Store from January 24 to February 6.
To coincide with the showcase, Raimon Land has also launched a special Chinese New Year promotion offering customers discounts on some of the company’s landmark projects.

In Bangkok, Raimon Land is offering savings of up to 15% on units at the recently completed The Lofts Yennakart and 5% discounts at The River’s newly released units in the North Tower.
The River is on schedule to begin transferring units in the South Tower by the end of 2011. The basement excavation has been successfully completed with the walls currently under construction, and Bouygues-Thai, which was awarded the superstructure contract, has commenced intersection work above the substructure.
In Pattaya, Raimon Land is offering a 10% discount on its remaining units at Northpoint, which is on track for completion in 2010. The structure has been topped off and interior works are progressing on schedule.
Another Pattaya property being featured at the showcase is The Lofts Southshore, where units in Tower 2 were recently launched at prices starting from 1.9million Baht. The project is slated to open in June 2012.
With the showcase at Zen open from 10.00am to 10.00pm, customers can also register for Raimon Land’s latest high-end projects, 185 Rajadamri in Bangkok and Amalfi in Phuket, and request information on The Heights Phuket, where transfers began in December 2008.
