On the night of 26 January a 2009, many people chose to celebrate their Bullish Chinese New Year in an extravagant pool side dinner @ Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa. The memorable night had been painted with red gowns worn by party guests, while brighten with Chinese lanterns and showered with Fireworks Waterfall. Golden Dragon Parade and Lion Dance made the night even more beautiful. The Hilton moment began with Chinese musician and Chinese traditional performance. Hilton’s famous Chinese cuisine, such as; Spicy abalone salad, Dim Sum, Barbecued suckling pig, Fried soft shell crab with salt and chilli, Braised fish maw with sea cucumber in brown sauce, Stir fried sea scallop and broccoli with X.O. sauce had been served through out the night.
Before the fun party, Mr. Markus Schmidt the General Manager of Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa together with hotel management started the 2009 Lunar New Year Day by praying for good luck and welcome the gods of the heavens and earth.
