Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today said that a change to the trust indenture for the Navajo County Unified School District No. 1 (Winslow), Ariz.'s impact aid revenue bonds series 2009 does not affect the rating on the bonds (A+/Stable). The definition of the required debt service reserve was changed to equal maximum annual debt service excluding the first interest payment, which is already being funded with cash as per the indenture.
