Hong Kong Fisherman Suki & Restaurant will also serve special dishes, including Fat Choy New Year Combination (pork knuckle, mushroom, oyster and fat choy known as black moss) with the meaning related to prosperity, Wok Fried Golden Sand Prawn with Mayonnaise for liveliness and happiness, Steamed Jade perch with “Sichuan” Vegetable for good luck and prosperity, Mini Monk Jump in the Lomb (chicken, Chinese herbs, bamboo pith and shark's fin) signifying good luck, Roasted Peking Duck and a Bundle Broccoli with Alaska Crab Sauce signifying fertility, Baked Lotus Leaf Rice signifying fortune and abundance and Sesame Dumpling in Aloe Syrup signifying togetherness and good luck for family members.
