At Giorgio’s, our native Italian Chef, Luca Pulese will present you various Venice specialties to choose from such as Baccala’ mantecato alla veneziana (Venetian-style whipped cod with flavored croutons), Riso e bisi con scamorza affumicata (Venetian Style Rice and Green Peas with Shaved smoked “scamorza”), Grigliata mista di pesce alla chioggiotta (“Chioggia Style” Selection of Grilled Fish with grilled radicchio and Fried Potatoes), and end the night with some sweet like Fritole alla veneziana con salsa ai frutti di bosco (Venetian Style Fritters with berries sauce) and many more!
