The six-course ‘Passion Vicinity’ menus are designed for the lovers who wish to set their own scene choosing favorite dishes from a range of 6 surprise delectable Valentine’s menus featuring items such as Salmon steamed with seaweed, in abalone essence, tapioca & salmon caviar or Roast duck with crispy skin, cinnamon spiked seared foie gras, port poached figs, radicchio & cardamom, coffee jus and many more.
Savoring something like Layers of fresh strawberry in jelly with screams of vanilla cream at the end of the dinner may lead to a sweeter surprise than just the dessert itself.
