Mr. Thawat Vimolsarawong (4th from left), Deputy Managing Director of Business Development of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited signed the Shareholders Agreement in the establishment of Hongsa Power Company Limited and Phu Fai Mining Company Limited in order for Hongsa Power Plant’s project development in Lao PDR. For the signing of shareholders agreement, Dr. Somboune Manolom (3rd from left), General Director of Lao Holding State Enterprise, Mr Rawi Corsiri (2nd from left), Managing Director of Banpu Power Company Limited and Mr. Chanchai Jivacate (1st from left), Director of Banpu Power Company Limited represented the joint-ventures companies at the signing ceremony.
