Developer Fragrant Property launched the special promotions for clients who book for The Circle condominium project in the 20th House and Condo Festival during 19-22 February at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
Managing director James Duan of Fragrant Property Co., Ltd, who developed The Circle, a four-billion-baht hi-tech condominium project on new Petchburi road, said during the coming up House and Condo festival the company planned to make special offers including fully furnished package along with the Citibank’s PayLite scheme to provide clients who book to buy all units from the Circle project with 0% interest for the period of 10 months.
“During the festival, the company will also give away three pairs of diamond rings from Bulgari to clients who book for the first three units of the Circle. For Citibank’s clients, they will also earn 2,000 reward points along with the special package worth 500,000 baht per unit,” Mr James said.
