Fitch Teleconference: Hong Kong & China Residential Property Sector Outlook, 20 FEB @ 2:30PM HK/SG
Fitch Ratings will host a teleconference on Friday, 20 February 2009 at 2:30PM HK/SG to discuss its outlook for the Hong Kong and China residential property sectors.
The global economic downturn has sparked a material market correction in the Hong Kong and mainland Chinese residential property sectors. In the teleconference, the agency will present its opinions on the near- and medium- term outlooks on the residential property sectors of Hong Kong and China and discuss the factors affecting both markets. The teleconference will be hosted by Michael Wu, Director in the agency's Corporate team.
The call coincides with the release of two related special reports, "2009 China Residential Property Market Outlook" and "2009 Hong Kong Residential Property Market Outlook", which are available on www.fitchratings.com.
Opening remarks will last approximately 20 minutes, followed by a short Q&A session for interested participants.
