The Metropolitan Bangkok’s signature restaurant Cy’an presents it’s new set lunch menu, showcasing influences from all shores of the Mediterranean Sea with Italian flair, created by the Executive Chefs, Daniel and Shannon Moran and his brother, Head Pastry Chef, Shannon Moran.
With such uniquely combined appetizers as “blue crab frittata with zucchini, chilli, mint & rocket salad”, “ocean trout carpaccio with lemon, olive, caper & parsley salad”, the menu, using only the freshest and most premium quality ingredients available internationally and locally.
Main courses are highlighted with fresh fish imported from the clear waters off the Australian coast such as “black king fish seared with fried garlic, chili & marjoram, lemon & parsley salad”, “lamp cashew & parmesan crumbed with sauce veirge & potato, garlic pur?e” or the “500 day grain fed wagyu beef skirt steak”. For dessert, the “mango citrus cheese cake with mango sorbet” is delicious yet elegant.
