We may have just welcomed in the Year of the Ox but at Brio it is the month of La Porchetta!! All through March, Brio’s executive chef Antonio Facchinetti will be presenting his personal homage to one of Italy’s most delectable culinary treats — la Porchetta!
Antonio’s creative menu includes Pork Liver Pate with fig jam and campari, Potato Gnocchi with braised pork ribs in tomato, Cotechino Sausage with grilled polenta and lentils. The highlight is, of course, traditional Roasted Suckling Pig with baby broccoli and grilled apples — simply perfect for sharing.
