Standard & Poor's Ratings Services withdrew its 'BBB-' issuer credit rating on Bromley East Charter School, Colo.'s series 2005 charter school revenue refunding bonds, which were issued by the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority. The withdrawal reflects a lack of available and timely information that we believe is necessary to maintain a credit opinion. The 'A' rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the school's debt, which reflect the state of Colorado's moral obligation, are unaffected by this action.
