Appointment of Steering Committee for Business Improvement Plan’s Preparation
The Board of Directors appointed the steering committee for preparing the Company’s Business Improvement Plan, with details as followe:

The Steering Committee was formed to set policies and objectives, as well as oversee the development process, in order to prepare and implement the Business Improvement Plan efficiently.
