Four Pattana is launching a sale campaign for its Baan Bussaba project. In this “2 Day Special” event to be held during March 14-15; the project, which is its second joint venture, will offer cash discount of up to 1 MB.
After an overwhelming success from its first joint venture project, Four Pattana is launching a new sale campaign for its Baan Bassaba Tiwanon. In this “2 Day Special” event to be held during this March 14-15, 2009; the campaign will offer a starting price of 3.69 MB as well as cash discount of up to one million Baht.
Mr. Pramote Theerakul, the Managing Director of Four Pattana Co., Ltd., the management of Baan Bassaba project, reveals today that the company is launching the first and official opening ceremony for its Baan Bassaba Tiwanon, which is its second project to be joint-ventured with the land owner after its overwhelming success with Baan Chune-Ratchad project. This “2 Day Special” event, to be held during this March 14-15, 2009, the campaign will give special offers to the first 5 units reserved during the period with a cash discount of up to 1 MB. In addition, those who reserve on site will also get a Daikin air conditioner, a 6-month special 0% interest rate, and complimentary mortgage and transfer fee from Siam Commercial Bank.
“This is pretty tough year in general and we need to considerably adjust our strategy. And since Four Pattana chooses to launch Baan Bassaba during this tough time, we need to be extra careful, as there are quite a number of players in this segment and the market itself is very competitive. However, given our strong franchise as a leading contractor with more than 28 years experience of not using sub-contractors and complete service offerings including interior and landscaping, I am sure all these will add up and make the customers see the difference. As a result, I am convinced that we will achieve the same success as we did with Baan Chune-Ratchada, which is our first joint venture.” Mr. Pramote said.
