A four course dinner - including duck breast carpaccio, Australian Black Angus Tenderloin, and fresh strawberry Mille-Feuille - has been matched with some stunning old world wines. The wines to be served include several Grand Cru- Domaine Schlumberger, the highest classification wine can achieve in Burgundy and Alsace of France. Attending the dinner will be Alain Beydon-Schlumberger, CEO of one of Alsace's finest wine estates. He will be talking about the wines and answering questions, which further makes it a must for those who enjoy great food, fine wine, and good company. It promises to be a food and wine night to remember at La Vue.
