Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) today announced that it will integrate the sales and reservation offices handling Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines tickets effective from March 16, 2009. The current Northwest Airlines Reservation and Ticketing office at Peninsula Plaza will represent both Northwest and Delta.
This action is part of the integration process resulting from the merger of the two airlines. Delta is working to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience during this process and customers will be able to purchase tickets for both Delta and Northwest operated flights at a single point of contact.
