Thai Airways International Public Company Limited announces that all domestic operations will be moved from Don Mueang airport to Suvarnbhumi airport from 29 March 2009 onwards.
Mr. Pruet Boobphakam, THAI’s Managing Director Cargo & Mail Commercial Department, said that all cargo services at Don Mueang warehouse will operate until 28 March 2009, after which the cargo services will move to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
THAI’s cargo-handling services will start its 24 hours daily operation at Suvarnabhumi Airport from 29 March 2009 onwards.
Outbound cargo services of all flights from Don Mueang Airport on 28 March 2009 will be provided until 18.00 hrs., except TG1124 routed Bangkok-Chiang Mai, which will be serviced until 20.00 hrs.
All unclaimed inbound cargo shipped to Don Mueang Airport prior to 29 March 2009 will be kept at Don Mueang warehouse until 20 April 2009.
All inbound cargo shipped on TG1141 from Chiang Rai, TG1165 from Phitsanulok, TG1015 from Udon Thani, TG1236 from Hat Yai.and TG1274 from Surat Thani on 28 March 2009 will be stored in Suvarnabhumi warehouse.
