Decha Mingkwan has been appointed as Chef de Cuisine at Indigo Pearl, Phuket. Holder of Diploma in French Cuisine from PIVA Hotel School Belgium. He has interned culinary in many Countries such as Greece, France, Denmark, Japan, India and United States of America. Before joining Indigo Pearl, Chef Decha worked in Zuiderterras Restaurant and Brasserie Appelmans Belgium, Koyao Island Resort & Spa Phuket, and Kriston Food & Beverage Company Singapore.
