Thai securities depository widens cooperation

Bangkok--24 Mar--SET The Thai and Indonesian securities depositories have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to mutually enhance their operations and after-sales services to more effectively be at international levels. Such enhancement will include exchange of experiences and insights. Today (March 23), Ms. Sopawadee Lertmanaschai, Chief Marketing Officer — Markets and Post-Trade Services, The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), signed the MoU on behalf of Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD) with Mr. Ananta Wiyogo, President Director of Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI). SET Chairman Pakorn Malakul Na Ayudhya presided over the ceremony. Earlier, TSD has signed MoUs in operations and after-sales services with other leading securities depositories, namely, Korea, Pakistan Taiwan, and Vietnam.
