Bangkok--31 Mar--FM 104.75
The two-time most humble Prime Minister of Thailand was at Anurak radio station FM 104.75 in Aj. Ann’s Love Language program to catch our hearts on his fun and sweet side that no one has ever seen. In Love Language, he reminisced on his young life how he experienced the rural school condition which was poor but enjoyable. He grew up in a large family where everyone must share this small piece of pie including the school funding. Yet, the fun and laughter begins when he explains he and his friend partnering in bringing chairs and tables to school to have a place to sit and learn comfortably. Thrills are like his shadows, life struggles more although with a grin when he volunteers to reside in the monastery until he finished his whole academic effort. It has been a long journey that is full of adventure, fun, and good examples for younger generation to learn about trying hard and never giving up.
In "Love Talk", he humbly told the audience how he tried very hard to get into the Democrat party when he was known to no one. But with his strong will and determination to make differences, he became very successful in 40 years of his political career. Not only winning as the member of the parliament, he was our own Thai Prime Minister for two terms. Currently he is the Chief Advisor for the Democrat party, the oldest party and the one he is loyal to.
His last view towards the love for his country is that we all have the liberty to love and behold our fatherland. It’s a pride that we can’t replace with wealth or ego. The Thais should read more histories of our ancestors how they fought and bled to keep the nation together up until these days. Many callers called in but the time was too short. We hope FM 104.75 will have a great honor once again to invite our former PM to come and chat with us longer next time.
