Mr. Mana Boonkhun, Executive Vice President - Resources Management, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited received “Happy Work Place Award” from Thai Health Promotion Foundation, Organizational Health in Private Sector Project, in Happy Work Place Forum II 2009, The Way of Happiness in Time of Crisis, at Ballroom, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on behalf of “KTC Smart Office” which has the modern and creative organization management concept that emphasizes on the suitable working atmosphere. KTC is the first and the only Thai financial institute to obtain this award recently.
“KTC” is the first Thai financial institute to revolutionize itself into the modern organization concerning administrators, staff, products, services including work place and service centers to clearly express the identity of “KTC” brand. It also initiated the concept of organizing the work place in form of “KTC Smart Office” in 2006 to lay the foundation as the organization of creativity and sustainable happiness.
