“InAzia”, the pan-Asian restaurant at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa has been awarded “Thailand’s Best Restaurant 2009” by Thailand Tatler, Thailand’s leading luxury lifestyle magazine. This is the second year that InAzia has been awarded since its opening in 2007. “InAzia” offers a distinct new dining experience with authentic dishes from Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, India and Thailand. “InAzia” is the first Sheraton branded dining concept in Thailand.
Apart from experiencing authentic Asian gourmet food created by a team of specialist chefs, a daily display of fresh seafood pays tribute to Hua Hin’s reputation of serving some of Thailand’s finest food. The uniqueness of “InAzia’s” dishes begins with fine quality of ingredients and spices, prepared in a traditional eastern manner, finally presented with its distinctive “InAzia” touch.
Tempting signature dishes include Ananas Spoon (roasted Mandarin duck, seared scallop, lychee and Chinese white cabbage tossed in lime chili concoction, served in spoon-shaped pineapples), Sea Bass Rotary (steamed sea bass fillet stuffed with crabmeat mousse, rolled-over in curried cognac sauce, served with steamed Jasmine rice) and Beef Rendang (piece of beef cubes stirred with spices and slowly simmered with coconut milk and herbs).
A luminous alabaster table centered around a wood-carved column and inspiring artwork displayed along soft lighting highlight the Restaurant’s elegance, inspired by Indo-Chinese architecture. The restaurant comfortably serves 100 guests from an open kitchen, allowing an interesting show of sounds and smells.
Complete the dinner with Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa’s signature cocktails, champagnes or wines from the Starwood’s premium collection “Wine of the World” at our “10 Degree Wine Cellar”. “InAzia” is located on the 1st floor and opens daily for dinner from 6:30-11:00 pm.
