Kisso’s special menu for April is a unique of Fusion Cuisine. Master Chef Ikeda’s inspiration for this menu comes from his vast culinary experience and his undisputable talent for combining ingredients and mixing cooking methods to come up with his endless array of delicious offerings that has diners at Kisso coming back for more.
A selection of 7 exotic offerings are available; do not miss Tori teriyaki — lemon grass koumi (grilled chicken with chopped lemon grass in spicy teriyaki sauce), Chiayu karaage nampa sauce (deep-fried small sweet fish served with spicy fish sauce), Usugiri tuna herb mayonnaise (slices of raw tuna with herb mayonnaise sauce and deep-fried garlic), Kaisen Thai fu itame (pan-fried seafood and vegetables with Thai flavoured sauce), Zuwaigani tsume spicy curry sauce (stir-fried snow crab claw and vegetables cooked with egg and curry sauce and chilli oil), Wa-gyu Thai fu steak (grilled “Wa-gyu” sirloin beef with oyster sauce and superior soya sauce, and Wa-gyu Thai fu itame (pan-fried “Wa-gyu” sirloin beef and vegetables with Thai flavoured sauce).
This Fusion Cuisine is available during lunch and dinner at Kisso until April 30, 2009.
