Standard & Poor's Ratings Services reinstated its 'AA' long-term rating on Colorado Health Facilities Authority, Colo.'s. series 2008C2 and 2008C4 bonds, issued for Catholic Health Initiatives Co. On May 16, 2008, we incorrectly withdrew the ratings on the bonds from our ratings system because we believed the bonds had been called and retired. The outlook is stable.
